From fresh material to finished powder
Four steps, all under our own roof in Bangalore. This is the part traders cannot offer, because they never see the raw material.
Sourced fresh
Raw material bought fresh and processed the same day wherever possible. Curry leaf is milled within hours of harvest.
Cleaned & sorted
Washed, sorted and inspected by hand before drying. Damaged and off-colour material is removed rather than milled in.
Hot air dried
Controlled low-temperature drying to protect colour and aroma. No sun drying, no roadside exposure.
Precision milled
Pulverised to a consistent 60–100 mesh, packed the same day, and recorded against a batch number.
Before you order
What is your minimum order?
2.5 kg for bulk supply. Online, you can order from 100 g upward, which suits formulators, small makers and anyone testing a recipe. Most bulk suppliers will not go below 25 or 100 kg — we are built for smaller runs.
How long does an order take?
We mill to order rather than holding stock, so allow 3 to 5 working days for dispatch on bulk quantities. Online retail packs ship within 2 working days. Larger orders above 25 kg, we confirm a date when quoting.
Can I get a different mesh or grind?
Yes. Fine mesh 60–100 is standard. Coarse grind is available at no extra cost and is usually what you want for oil infusion rather than blending. Tell us the application and we will recommend the grind.
Do you supply outside India?
Yes. We hold an Importer-Exporter Code and can ship internationally. Documentation requirements vary by destination, so tell us the country and quantity and we will confirm what is needed before quoting.
How is it packed?
Food-grade liner inside an HDPE drum or laminated pouch, depending on quantity. Each pack is labelled with product, batch number, manufacture date and net weight.
What is the shelf life?
12 months from manufacture, in sealed packaging away from light and moisture. Beetroot is hygroscopic and should be kept especially well sealed once opened.
Can we visit the facility?
Yes, and we would encourage it if you are considering regular supply. We are in Mylasandra, Bangalore. Get in touch and we will arrange a time.
Do you make powders that are not listed?
Often, yes. Our wider range is produced to order against requirement — hibiscus, amla, moringa, bhringraj, butterfly pea and others. Tell us the botanical and quantity and we will confirm whether we can supply and by when.
